I remember sitting in japanese class and two yr 12 girls knocked on our door, and told us that steve irwin has just died! i didn't believe them. Until i got home and saw it myself, all over the TV, it didn't seem right.
steve was an amazing person! he was a true australian icon and represented austrlia fantastically. No one will ever be able to fill in the space he has left in Australia! you will be remembered forever as the 'crocodile hunter' the real superhero.

steve is my idol and i have been watching him on t.v since i was born 15 years.he has thought me alot about animals. an i plan on flowing in his foot steps. An i to will become a wildlife warrior just like my idol. He was like a father to me even thow i did,nt know him. I love his kids bindi an bob an they mean the weuld to me AN TERRI TO. I Hope one day i can be like steve an work at the zoo.

steve Irwin Is my Hero I look p to him.
he was the most amazing man in the world. He inspired me to go into the animal feild and I want to become a wildlife warrior too. I have been watching Steve Irwinsince I was 4 or 5 years old and he has taght me so much. i miss him so much. When I heard the news I cried so hard and I miss him sooooooooooooo much. He was like the dad I wish I had. I miss you mate.
